| The mold department has a plan of preventative maintenance for all molds and we inspect each mold before and after injection. The mold is always accompanied by a form that describes the actions that have been performed on the mold. The mold department also is available for emergency maintenance work. This department produces new molds and maintains all molds used in operations. The department has 12 skilled workers and has top line equipment including CNC milling machine and a CNC electric erosion machine. It is capable of producing high quality molds for Moldmaster's customers. | |
