MOLDMAKING

Our moldmaking operation utilizing the most current tooling, computer software, techniques, and processes for plastic injection molding. Mold technicians and mold makers ensure your mold can with stand all the stress of the injection molding process. They re also able to troubleshoot your tool in-process to ensure that any needed changes or improvements can be carried out quickly and efficiently.

Using computer-assisted design capability supports our toolmakers during the design process; then a team of engineers and mold technicians choose the best material for the mold and the products. You are the winner from this combination as the team plans and executes the best manufacturing strategy for your mold and therefore for your product. Please visit our facilities page for a in-depth description of the departments.

You are not sure about the part design and production quantity and...you only have a little bit of time to present a prototype. Now it becomes our problem when it comes to rapid prototyping. We will use the latest design tools and machining to make aluminum tooling for injection molding. Once the tooling is completed, Moldmaster Engineering does the mold test. We will meet your standards by deadline and with the urgency of your business.

MOLDING

Plastics have become a primary material in countless applications, and injection molding is the most widely used polymeric fabrication process in the business. When the appropriate material is chosen for a specific application, the molded part demonstrates strength, dimensional stability, and (if necessary) self lubrication properties. Identical parts are produced through a cyclic process involving the melting of a pellet or powder resin followed by the injection of the polymer melt into the mold cavity.

Many areas require metal components molded into a plastic part, this is an area of our expertise. We are constantly looking for ways to improve in every aspect of business.
